Privacy Policy

SyncMarket is a local browser extension for reviewing supported marketplace seller pages that you open yourself.

Local Storage

• Data is stored locally in browser storage and IndexedDB.
• The local dashboard works without an account.
• No account is required for local scanning, local history, or CSV export.
• The extension does not set cookies.
• The extension does not sell user data.

Optional Cloud Sync

Cloud sync is optional and requires user sign-in. Cloud sync is transport for backup and restore; it does not replace the local dashboard data source.

Cloud data belongs to the signed-in Firebase account. Synced documents are stored under that account's user id and include listing metadata, point-in-time snapshot history, daily rollups, device cursor metadata, and cloud summary metadata needed for quota-safe sync.

Manual sync is recommended during beta. Auto-sync controls are off by default.

Tracking

• There is no analytics tracking.
• Data is not used for advertising.
• Data is not used to determine creditworthiness or lending purposes.

User-Triggered Actions

• CSV export is user-triggered.
• Debug report copying is user-triggered.
• Support report copying is user-triggered.
• Cloud sync push, cloud restore preview, cloud restore merge, full restore, and repair actions are user-triggered unless the user explicitly enables auto-sync.
• The extension scans only supported pages that the user opens.

Support reports mask account email addresses and include metadata such as extension version, browser user agent, scan state, local counts, sync readiness, last sync error, and query-shape summaries. They do not include passwords, Firebase tokens, raw listing history, or raw snapshot data.

Chrome Limited Use

Data is used only to provide or improve the extension's single purpose.

Data is not transferred except as required by user action or law.

Data is not used for advertising.

Data is not used to determine creditworthiness or lending purposes.
